turbo/SC extras

So what kind of total price are we looking at for drivetrain upgrades and gauges for a FI application for the focus. As Ive been researching turbos and SCs, I have neglected to add in the price for these types of things that I believe are need for a safe and reliable FI focus. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks.

Lets say 7psi with your full kit for now. Im worried the stock differential is going to vomit itself onto the asphalt. I hope that starting from a stop at a normal pace and then getting into boost from a roll is a safer approach for stock. The atb differentials + install seem damn expensive and unforunately not a DIY kinda thing. I dunno if im ready to spend that kinda dough on top of the turbo kit price if its going to manditory from the get go.

It's somewhat nice with the 9.6:1 stock compression but I look forward to getting the 8.0:1 :D

My stock clutch slipped like a bitch at about 210 ft pounds torque.... car probably had 15-25K miles on it at the time... it doesn't take much with a turbo to reach that.

I wouldn't want to push any form of FI on a stock auto...the 4F27E ATX is prone to fail on a stock engine, nevermind when you increase output by >50%. If you're serious about going turbo you need to either get a Lentech auto or trade your current Focus in for one with a manual.
