Exclamation tranny swap for turbo need help!

i got a 2000 ford focus zx3, and i just put a trubo on it. i am taking it to get tuned, but i also just bought a standard tranny to swap out my auto. because, i heard that the stock auto wont handle the turbo, so i had to either get a high performance auto or get a standard tranny, so i went with the standard cause i wanted to swap anyway. so i need a list of everything i will to swap tranny and any tricks to do it or hints.
heres what i just bought
mtx 75 standard tranny,
ecu and harness
starter
shifter
shifter cables
clutch master and slave cylinder
ok well ill be looking for any helpful info for this , i will get my turbo engine pics up asap
