homemade turbo...almost done

ok heres what i have done so far, i have the Turbo,Header,Bov,Injectors,Diablo MAFia Tuner,Boost Controller, and a down pipe for a ZX3, i know i need the piping to connect all this together, just wondering what else i need, i know i am going to need a Tune to make it work better, and the turbo is set to 4 Psi stock. i do have a 2002 SVT Focus, so any USEFULL input is what i need.

why would i want to buy Toms Kit? when i allready have the parts, and allready have a couple tuner shops around here. Man talk about usefull info!

The big thing you will need is some way to read AFR ( lambda ) and get it correct...so the motor stays in one piece..and make sure the turbo gets a good supply of oil.

ok let me start over, on the parts list
1. Header
2.Turbo,
3.Bov
4.Boost Controller
5.Intercooler
6.Air/Fuel Gauge
7. Boost Gauge
8.Diablo MAFia
9.Injectors 42 lb
10. Downpipe for a ZX3-Zetec non SVT


so what i am asking is this, i know i allready need Piping, and a HANDHELD Tune for my car, i am asking what else would be good to check into.

fuel mods & I think you might need an excalibrator flasher chip.

what turbo did you end up buying? Garret T3?
