Viney266 I need your help!

I bought an NX kit complete with rpm window switch, bottle heater, purge, fuel pressure safety switch... etc. Well the problem is the rpm window switch. I installed the Ford Racing tach driver, and ran it to my rpm switch (part number 18959M from NX). The switch doesn't operate correctly. With both 3000 and 6000 chips installed nothing happens, with both removed... again nothing, only with the 3000 chip installed and the 6000 removed does the nitrous operate at WOT but it sprays at any rpm at WOT. I cant figure it out. The tach driver has the 2 sheilded wires that tap into the CKP. Red to switched voltage, done. Black to ground, done. Green is the signal, hooked up to the white wire on the rpm switch. Now the directions say something about cutting loops on the rpm switch to operate on a 4 cyl but mine has no such loops. In the directions it says cut the red loop for 6 cyl, and for 4 cyl cut the red and blue loops. There are no loops to cut is this a problem?

I've been thinking it through over and over and I have come up with some things that might play a factor in why its not operating. Here's my ideas
1. The tach driver says that if I had an aftermarket tach to leave it set on the V8 setting, with that being said would that cause the window swith to read incorrectly if it was made for a 4 cyl tach signal? By some how only allowing it to activate at 6000 and shutting off at 12000 because it cut the tach signal in half?
2. I have a broken switch
3. The Haynes manual I use labled the ckp wrong. but I'm pretty sure it didn't. The ckp is the sensor that is on the header side of the motor, down off to the right by the tranny, correct?
4. The 3 and 6000 chips are screwed up, but that doesn't explain why it will allow me to spray at wot and at any rpm when just the 3000 chip is in the "on" side and the 6000 chip is in my coin holder.
5. I think I just made my head hurt.

No, to 1 the tach driver is designed for a mustang, so it produces a v8 signal, so no problem there. I checked my loop wires and they ARE NOT cut.

2. Put a meter on ohms and read the micro switch, it should be open, then closed

3. correct

4. UMMM my head hurts , too

5. I wish I could get a look at it, I went out and looked at my wiring tonight, to much to describe, I have it all in looms .It was almost 2 years ago I did it
If you have specific wire questions, like red to green etc, ask me and I'll try to go look

Do you even have loop wires on the rpm window switch because I do not. That could be the problem there. I'm gonna chech the ohms now.
