Where do you put your nitrous switches?

Where's a good places to put the nitrous switches in a Focus ST? Or any car for that matter. I'm not sure where to put it.

Anyone know where to get some nice looking custom switches?

I put mine on the right side of the panel under the steering wheel. It comes off easily and hides the wires well.....Also, the switches are really easy to get to. Plus, if you were talking to ...lets say an officer of the law, beside your car. He or she could NEVER see your switches if you were sitting in the car...get the idea?

really? Would a cop say anything if he saw the switches? I put mine on the dash and next to the parking brake.

Nitrous is illegal to have hooked up on the street in my state.. Most states actually.. so yeah, my whole system is pretty invisible.. Why take a chance?

tell him its for your fog lights. switches are not illegal. I have a custom panel overhead where the light used to be, it houses four flip cover aircraft style switches and 8 led lights, one for fan, one for nitrous, one for ignition/start and one for interior lites. I've yet to get it all wired so it's still hanging/half done, just finished the engine. anyways, i'll post pics when i get em. i originally had my nitrous switch on the top of the center console by your right asscheek, pretty hidden and easy to reach.

I don't have nitrous, but I am running all my switches for lights and stuff to the little black pocket at the bottom of the dash, right above the center console. It's not as easy to reach, but they cannot be seen(unless you use illuminated switches). Also, for those with the overhead cubbyhole for a garagedoor opener, that would be a good place for some switches.

oh alright but a cop isn't going to stop me, look at a switch and ask "what's that for?", pull me out of the car and confiscated my vehicle for having nitrous. I don't keep the bottle in the car, I only put it in if I go race. He can't do anything if I just have the system without the bottle in it can he?
