I have it. I run a 75 shot. I have been through 10 or more bottles.

"how the engine runs?"--- that is the great part about nitrous, you do not have strain on your engine untill you spray, other times its just your dependable zetec engine.

"the gains?"--- I knocked off more than a sec with a 75 shot.

"overall opinion?" --- i enjoy nitrous, i had a turbo, and i was always messing with something with nitrous i have had no problems and i spray alot.-- you can not get hp any cheaper than nitrous and as long as you can see and read your tach, then you will never have a problem.

"Installation ease?" --- depends on what easy is for you, if you had a hard time putting your CAI on then you might not want to mess with tapping your fuel line. I have asst. at a local shop with 5 nitrous installs, 3 foci and 2 cavy's. I think it is pretty easy now.

We sell nx and that is what the FAMILY runs.

I have a wet kit, and belive that is the best way to go... we have 2 foci here that run wet kit 50 shots that have had no problems, i run the 75 shot but i have my timing retarded with the dis-2 from msd...
you need to run a high oct fuel that way the fuel burns slower.

jarrod if you 75shot with a custom sct tune and the current mods you have now. Add coms cams ot that and you will be good to go. also a WET system is the way to go.

Jarrod install isnt to bad at all. Just ask gee when he had spray on his cav.

Would a 75 shot be fine for my current mods, and can I get a SCT tune (currently have the hypno. tune) to go with nitrous, and will it increase power with/without the set-up over the stock flash? I am also looking into possibly getting a screamin demon coil and live wires, and some plugs? Also about how long does a 10lb. tank last on a 50/75 shot? (about how many seconds, shots etc.???)

Current power mods - AEM CAI, SCT Tune By Hypnotic Illusions, 8 Gauge Ground Wires (Custom,) 8 Gauge Alternator Wire, Royal Purple 'Purple ICE,' Focus Sport UDP, Focus Central 65mm Throttle Body, Focus Central ORP.

just make sure your current tune doesnt advance the timing. and as long as you have away to get the exhaust out then you will be fine with the 75 shot. Coil pack and wires will help fire up all the extra goodness in your chamber!!!

nitrous is like coke- if i got some i am using it till its all gone!

the ZEX comes in 55, 65, 75 shot ranges, should I play it safe and go with the lowest or can it COMPLETELY handle the 75? I think my current tune does advance and lean out the engine @ WOT. I will have to see if I can get a NITROUS tune, anyone out their have a NITROUS tune? Does it increase power or just keep your car in the real of safetyness, and does it lower every-day power?
