Please do a SEARCH on this. There has been a TON of threads on this (more like HUGE arguements on it) and it boils down to the fact that they don't work.

i found some but they were all on the ones for the e-bay ones this one is s different style then the rest its like a stater turning a turbine wheel for a short 15-20 second boost. so this one does have a lot of differences then the other ones u may find such as the turbonator and things like that

I did a quick search on this, there are several forums that have information regarding this. I think the average price from what I could find is $1500 to $2000USD for the product. Do a GOOGLE to find more on this. Also on the website, they don't have a listing for the FOCUS so not sure even if they have one for our cars anyway.

This is the only supercharger that seems worthy of trying, the others are junk.
http://www.turbomagazine.com/tech/0406tur_knight/
It uses either a stock eaton M45 or M62 SC body with modified screws coupled to an electric motor and huge capacitors.

I'll have to agree with you on this. For the price alone, you can justify using common sense that it's not garbage like the little plastic junk on ebay. I'm going to check into this myself a bit more (I would never buy it) but the technology seems to work in this case. Interesting.....

There will be detracters of this since because of the morons on eBay who sell the bilge pumps as superchargers.

I have looked at these before and now that they are finally priced decent I might actually look into this. Hell, I think it would make for a neat little project if you ask me, find out definitively if this stuff actually works.
