turbo or super

what is for the $$ and the power gain the best turbocharging or supercharging. For super i'd be thinking of the JR charger and for the turbo I was thinkin of the GUDE turbo kit. Any body know of anything better??

turbo is better over all. it takes ALOT of power to make power with a supercharger. hence it is harder on the engine. the belt tension to keep the belt from sliping on a supercharger is harder on the front main bearing also. A turbo will give better net gains with less stress on your motor. It costs more, but it is worth it. Do a search for tom's turbos. He has a very good reputaion on this sight.
