How safe is nitrous?

How safe is nitrous on a near stock car, i know that if i was to do a 200 shot it wouldnt be good for my car but what about smaller amounts is it really safe for daily driver?

stock i wouldnt go more than a 75 shot. i am running a 55 shot and havent had any problems.

75 is pushing it, I'd only run 35-50 on stock internals.

it depends on whether its setup with a controller. 75 shot should be fine. ive seen people in the uk running that.

standard zetec, don't run more than a 50 or so, svt can handle a 75 no sweat (we got the forged rods :-))

Heres the problem i see with saying that the zetec cant handle a 75 shot. What about all of the turbo kits out there that pump enough boost through the stock motor to pump out like 200 to 230 wheel hp all day long. I say a 75 shot with the right fuel mixture and fuel pressure with everything installed correctly is fine, but im putting in a steeda high flow fuelrail i think to help with the fuel flow and maybe a better fuel pump.
