Turbo Kit for the Duratec 2.3

We are finishing our Turbo Kit for the Mazda3 with Duratec 2.3 liter engine. The first tests gave us very good results with 240 WHP at 7.5 psi of boost.

It was tested on a 2.3 Mazda6 as the test mule, however the kit will be available for the 3.

I would like to know if there is interest on a kit for the Focus. If there is, we would make the piping and intercooler to fit this car.

The kit is very complete and comes with the following:

Cast iron 4 into 1 manifold
Ball Bearing Turbo
Cast iron downpipe
Spearco Front Mounted Intercooler with cast aluminum and polished end tanks
Mandrel bent piping
Haltech Parallel ECU for perfect tuning (pre mapped and pre wired)
Silicone hoses
Aeroquip oil lines
Intake system with 3 inch filter
All hardware and fasteners (stainless steel)

I dont see injectors in the list , Or mass air or does the Haltech change to MAP

Why use the Haltech when there is very good tuning out for the Focus 2.3 and 2.0

Tom

Yes, the Haltech will use a Map sensor and it is very easy to tune in case you want more mods or larger injectors. Besides, I will map the boost and boost limiter with the Haltech as an engine safety device.

We are almost finished with the kit. The one for the Mazda 3 will be available in 1 month from now. Then we will try to get a donor with a Focus to make the intercooler and piping to fit in this car.

That is good. We should have the kit ready in about 6 weeks from now. I will make a note here and I will contact you for the date. We are in LA, so that is not far away.
