Turbo PCV setup? Stalling and drive-ability due to venting atmosphere

I have a rough idle with vehicle and it tends to stall after higher revs when coming to a stop. Normally when pushing in the clutch and letting off the throttle, that is when it will stall.
I have been reading a number of things about how the stalling and poor idle have to do with how the PCV valves are vented to the atmosphere. I have the valve cover set up without a PCV valve and running into a catch can. It then runs from the catch can to under the car and vents out there. I have the crank case PCV valve out also, running to the side of the car venting to the atmosphere also.

What is the best way to route the PCV system for a turbo application for our car? Should I put in a PCV valve in one or both again? Should I connect the end of the catch can to the intake between the turbo and the cone filter?

The car runs at 16lbs of boost. It is a 2000 Zetec manual.

If you have a tune it shouldnt be doing this , you should be venting both your PCV and valve cover , who ever said this is wrong it not correct and this will not cause you stalling issue
Need to send your tuner a datalog and tell him what the issues are

You are my tuner, and I am working with you. I have just been trying to lock down the car by replacing any worn out hoses etc if any can be found. Considering the car has not been driven in 5 years. I then read a bit on PCV and general idle and drive-ability issues online and noticed the similarities. I figured that I would make sure the valve cover and PCV setup was set up correctly to eliminate the chances of that being a possible hurdle.

What would be best though, a straight tube coming out of the PCV tubing, with no PCV valve at all, or, having a PCV valve in there, then venting that to atmosphere?

you didnt forget to cap your Intake manifold that was hooked to your pcv valve or cap the whole in your intake after maf where the valve cover attached did you
