*SETBACK* :(

the t3/t4 had shaftplay (expected it to, but not this much) and was traded to a friend for a NEW T3 (yay?).

I am in need of a exhaust manifold with a t3 flange was well as a external wastegate flange that will meet the clearance issuses, I also need a wastegate to go with it.

Tom- I tried going to focus-power.com and its like it doesnt exist. I need that manifold FAST and I believe you sell it! I need a link to a working website to buy it!

This is just the BEGINNING of your setbacks.....You just blew that $500 budget on a manifold ALONE. I don't mean to be discouraging but take it from my experience and MANY MANY others that a focus CANNOT be turbocharged reliably and safely for $500 Like Tom said, it's hard to do it for $2500 muchless 500... But I wish you the best and keep us posted.

If I cant find the manifold I need, this turbo I have will probably go up for sale on ebay to get money for a new t3/t4 with a internal wastegate and Ill be done with this turbo rampage.

Technically I had a turbo set up for 500, and now im adding onto it (everything was bolted on) ..... I just never turned on the car when the old turbo was on there

Im so pissed that this turbo wont work with the manifold I could throw it at the focus

You know what i did i cut the top portion out of the cat so i could use the egr and the 02 sensors you should try that so you can esily remove the turbo for emmisions testing you can get the flanges on ebay for cheap. Then i just had some tubing bent so i could do a straight pipe to the flex.
