Turbo going in! Oil line help!

I have a garrett t3/t4 and its bolted on to a shorty header. All pipes are mandrel bent and ready to be coupled in. I have the oil pan drilled and I have a bung in it so the return line is done.

I just need to know where I should "T" off my feed line from.

Once this is done I will have a nice intercooled turbo package pushing 10lbs for UNDER 500$! *Crazyness*

You do not need to "T" anywhere ...You have 2 choises

1) between the starter and the oil sending unit there is a plug in the oil galley that you can remove and install an oil fitting for your oil line 3/8 X -3 or -4

2) behind the coil there is a plug that can be removed and install a fitting there 1/8 X-3

How did you do a "complete turbo kit" for 500.00 when injectors , mass air and a chip will cost you more than 500.00

Tom

Not to be rude, but in your first post you stated that you had a t3/t4 turbo, and then you say you have a t3. Which one is it?

You'd better put in a recurc. valve in there or say bye-bye turbo.......

And what are you doing for boost control??? What size injecters did you get??

You may get 10 psi, but your hp will be down until you seriously upgrade the exhaust and most likely the intercooler and intake side. 170 whp or so.... (with luck)
And you need to get that chip tuned for your car after the turbo is installed. A chip set up for Tom's kit wouldn't work with the Percision kit.....

Even doing a home kit properly can be expensive..... Depending on how much your looking to get.

You ARE trying to be rude. Does it matter to you? Do you NEED to know to inform me of a problem that may occur?

Its a t3/t4 hybrid, sorry to those that MUST know exactly what turbo I am using

On another note.
THANKS TOM FOR YOUR HELPFULL INFO!

Boost control is a basic brass controller with a allen wrench top, I dont plan on running more then 8 for a while. Injectors are out of a late 90s cobra as well as the maf, the chip is going to be done by "sal" at PSP

my best advice, is either take your oil from the port that tom said, or use a 1/4'' street T to T off you sender unit and take it from there.

I asked because I was curious as to what set-up you were using. If your project turned out well, I was going to turn to you for advise on how to follow the same set-up. But since you want to be an ass about it, nevermind. Friggin newbie.
