My Turbo Project/ what else do I need

Garrett GT28RS “Disco Potato” = $1099.00, look around you can even find it for cheaper.
http://store.yahoo.com/cheapturbo/gartur.html

Stainless Steel Turbo Manifold: ebay (look around) = $139.00

Wastegate (Turbonetics DeltaGate II): http://www.horsepowerfreak.com/TURB_WAST.asp = $235.24

2 1/2 Down-Pipe for Turbo: Approximately = $200.00 a 3.00” down pipe.
Searched many sites including Ebay.

1 7/8" Down-Pipe for Wastegate = approximately $100.00 or less.

Large Front Mount Intercooler: $434.00 depends on where you buy it from.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WD1V

Oil Feed and Return Lines: approximately $60 or more. Talk to your local turbo shops. = $25.0

http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/defa...?Meta=HKS_TBFL

Oil Pan w/Welded Return Bung: ??, shouldn’t be all that.. nothing more than $120

Charge Clamps: ?? should be cheap…

4Ply Silicone Hoses: Approximately = $24.00

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

Flanges: $25.0 for the T3 Turbo

http://www.horsepowerfreak.com/HKS_TBFL.asp

There is a shop called speedquestperformance (it’s in Chicago) all they do is install turbo chargers and superchargers w/dyno, so they said they will custom make the pipes it’s their job w/o charging me a million bucks, so far it isn’t so expensive with installation for $500.00. and two dyno for $100.00

Total so far Approximately = $3061.00 this is rough estimate with a very expensive Garret Turbo and includes installation with dyno.

I am more confused then ever.. What else should I be concerned with….

I didn't see charge pipes, a blow off valve, vacuum line, boost gauge, egt gauge, fuel system upgrades, engine management. For fuel system you should get 42lb/hr injectors. For engine management you will need a different maf sensor, and a chip. For the injectors you can get them from mcnews auotmotive for under 200. The maf sensor from a newer mustang gt and a chip from focus sport. I believe the chip is 300 and you can get the sensor for under $50 if you look around. I would contact randy at focus sport (http://www.focussport.com/), or tom at focus power (http://www.focus-power.com/), they will be able to give you any of the info you need on fuel system and engine management.
