Precision billet wheeled 58 57 turbo. I have it ran from bottom of turbo to oil pan like whateveryone else does. And the feed line is from the top to the side of the head. The smoke I'm not to concerned about. The afr is what I am. Tom can't tune me any further until I get this resolved. Wich is easier said than done. We can't figure out why it jumps like that YET it does not show up on the STFT1 on the datalogs when it does jump. The stft stays the same

i would like to see you get the AFR issue figured out since im planning a similar build but im tempted to think it may just be something with the wideband itself. my aem uego does the exact same thing sometimes but as of now its just a stock motor with bolt ons. the smoke is very concerning though. you have to be burning oil somewhere or something, that just seems like alot of smoke at idle.

not sure let me see if there was something in the bill of sale for that when i bought the kit. im pretty sure a little oil is getting burnt from either my open pcv vave or a little extra getting in the DP from the high oil pressure. it doesnt bother me. just the stupid afr does

So it only smokes when cold? The oil could screw with o2 sensor causing the weird afr. Mine smokes cold, not when hot. My afr similarity is only when cold as well

No this video now of the turbo smoking was after a ten minute cruise AFTER it had warmed up completly
