Thumbs up Another SVT Getting Force Fed!!!

Well, seeing as how I work for a Vortech dealer AND a SCT dealer....

[Dr. Evil Laugh] The 'go' portion of my winter build up is first inline!!

Clutch and Flywheel will be upgraded soon!! (Before SC)

I'm also going to use a smaller SC pulley and see how much I can get before the motor pops. When it pops, lower CR pistons, beefier rods and I'll get my crank balanced. I MIGHT even see how much room I have in the cylinder walls and go BIG BORE! (2.1 or 2.2 possibly)!

Stay tuned!

Why TRY and blow it up, that make sense to you?

You won't increase discplacement by overboring the cylinders, not in this small of an engine. The cylinder walls just don't have enough beef. The crower stroker kit displaces 2.2L in a std zetec block, maybe up to 2.3 in a CGI block, but no one has tried that yet.

With the lower TQ of the vortech you should be able to make 350HP at the wheels if it is properly tuned

We already know the all stock will take 330 330 at the wheels

350HP but at what cost to TQ the more you try to turn the blower the more TQ it takes from the engine

Dont think you will ever see 350 with out changing the head unit
