Not a good idea to run without an intercooler. It just isn't worth the money to go without for the gain. Do you ever see STOCK OEM turbo'd cars without intercoolers? I don't think any modern day car goes without one.

Non intercooled kits are fine as long as your target boost is not over 8 PSI and it is properly tuned

my plan was 7 psi on 91 oct, with 30 lbs/hr injectors and a recalibrated maf. with my final goal when the whole car is done to have close to 200 whp.

tom do you have any pics of your stage 1 kit intsalled?

i dont think that u will get 200whp on 91 oct, i have a non IC system, look in my sig and u will see what i have done.........octane and no IC is holding me back, the MAF and Injectors could easaly be taken care of but octane in CA is hard to come by. and my AC stage 1 was designed for no IC so it wuld need to be a custome fab job
