Question ~200whp low-boost turbo set-up...

So I've decided that, instead of a HO NA motor, I'm going to build a lower boost turbo motor to hopefully make 200, maybe 220 at the wheels. I'm going to get a T25 or T28 (hopefully T28), and piece together the stuff before I install it next year. I'm also gonna get the injectors, MAF, etc. Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions or info for parts? I'm going to get this manifold:

One other question (for right now): can someone explain water-cooled versus-oil-cooled turbos? Honestly, I've never heard of a water-cooled turbo. Thanks!

Why not go with my STG1 turbo kit is is exactly the power range you are looking for and will be a much better sainless manifold

quick, dumb question: wet bearings mean the oil-lubbed bearings, right? I've heard of water cooled turbos, or something like that, and got a little mixed up; just curious, thanks!

A T25 would be the best way to go for those power levels if you want the most inexpensive way. You can find one for $100 easy on www.dsmtrader.com. The only drawback of the T25 I hear is that its top end isnt that great so if your worried about that then go for the T28.

water cooled basically means that water is being used through the bearing chamber to stop any oil residue that is causing flow problems...its basically a safety feature to give a longer life to the turbo...

Could you elaborate on this more? Are there two passages, one for water and one for oil? The reason I didn't go kit is because I have a slow income of money, so piecing together is fine for me, but a big kit isn't. Also, I really wanna see how cheaply I can build a well-built, properly-tuned turbo system; I'm an eBay and internet fiend for finding cheap, good stuff, so I figure I'll put my skills to the test. If nothing else, a history major knows how to hunt and dig
