What spk pkugs are you guys running ? For the power your making you should be at least 3-4 steps colder but they dont make anything but 1 step colder ?
Random thoughts
Consider a head gasket a "fuse". If you just blow a fuse it's no big deal, melt stuff is dif story.
I think you guys are expecting way to much out of 93 pump gas.
Who cares about dyno numbers? What's does it do at the track, that's the most recognized measure of performance. It's like first time people at the track with street gizmos that tell them they will run in the 11's to only find they are in the 13's. IF you can get a reliable high HP car to the track, you will find and break all kinds of new/differnet stuff in pursuit of good #'s. So don't think the fun ends on the dyno. Anyway you must enjoy the wrench turning and parts buying! I do too to some degree, going from 11's to 10's this year. http://youtu.be/zVi0PEbe4mY
