I thought it was Crane as well on the valve springs.... but its been quite a while since I bought any. Hell you never know maybe Eibach Cranes springs as well.

If Eibachs valve springs are as good a quality as their suspension parts they should be just fine.

As for the block.... theres been several threads where the stock blocks blew big chunks out of the sides from boost.

stock block is only good for 400's hp, it'll hold from time to time when push hard but, you push it hard all the time say good night.
lol your sadly mistakin the stock block will hold 600 for longer then the body would last. I make 400 on pumpgas and beat the living shit out of my focus, still strong. makes 500+ on racegas and still stays together. fernando makes 478whp on pump gas and beats on his car also. i think you need more first hand experience and not reading.

02cdsilver.........why don't you cryo the block and call it a day. i think tom cryoed his zx3 block and it held the 700plus whp. correct me please tom! if i am wrong! cryoing is cheap!

look at jareds car...560whp allllllllllllllll day stock non svt block...

infact in the honda world people block off their oil squirters.

the focus isnt anything special. u can use the same universal theory as you can with evos/hondas.
