Is it possible?

I'm going to get this out of the way now. I don't know much about boost and more than willing to listen. That being said lets get to the question at hand.

My brother's, girlfriend's, son-in-law bought a Escort with 2.0 zetec with a Garret T4 setup on it. I'm not really sure what all he has for a blow off or anything but it did run he just decided to go bigger.

Is it possible to take this setup and piece it together to work for my D20? If so. what is needed and about how much?

I'll try to get more information.

Steve

You can use the turbo he had, you will need a custom everything else to make it work.

I think you could get the turbo rebuilt then buy Toms DIY kit.

This would be substantially easier.

If you still wanted to try you could reuse his Intercooler, Blowoff Valve, Wastegate, Turbo, and couplers. The engine orientation of the Zetec and Duratec are too different to make the piping work.

I knew the piping wouldnt work. I was just trying to save a buck. I had planned on getting the stage 2 kits from FSWERKS but if this would save me a good chunk of change I was going to do it
