Since you're going for RWD, maybe Top Speed can help you out. They don't have a RWD kit, but you might still be able to use their manifold and intercooler kit, among other things. You would need a custom down pipe, among other things, though.

As far as I know, there is not a complete turbo kit out there for a RWD application. If you are looking for 350bhp with room to grow, I would go with a Garret 2871R turbo. It can easily get you to 350bhp with less than 15psi and leave alot of room to grow. FSWerks got around 450bhp out of the 2871R at 26psi.

http://topspeedperformance.net/ I would get their manifold, turbo, intercooler kit (you would need most of the pipes modified, however), wastegate, all that good stuff.

As for an inlet plenum: http://www.fswerks.com/cosworth-manifold.htm

FF blocks all links to the FSWerks site. It's retarded but w/e. OP, manually type in a new tab or new window url www.fswerks.com then go to Product by Type > Engine > Intake Manifolds. Even though since the OP is in the UK, it would probably be easier/cheaper for him to get it from Cosworth directly.

The cosworth intake manifold you are recommending on fswerks is for the 2.3. Will that work on his 2.0 or on any 2.0 duratec? If that's the case, I am getting one for my 2.0.

the biggest thing is that a cosworth intake manifold will have the TB directed towards the firewall.

I have seen a few Top Speed pieces first hand and the quality is top notch!
