JRSC throwing engine codes

Just loaded toms startup tune and I'm getting a really rough idle and it will only idle for about 5 seconds before dying. Im throwing codes P0602 - Control Module Programming Error. And code P1000. What should I look for to fix this problem.
-Thanks for the help
Ryan

I'd contact Tom since he is the one providing the tune. I'm sure he can help you out. Maybe the tune didn't load right?

I believe the p1000 code is just a result of flashing the ECU, disregard it.

^^^yes that code comes up if the codes have been cleared, the battery has been disconnected, anything like that. It is just a dealer code for someone has been doing something under the hood, besides looking. ;)

Now for some reason my car wont start anymore!! It used to just run really rough and die but I could keep it alive if I reved it a little. Tom told me to datalog, then when I tried to datalog for him and I cant get it running. It just doesnt want to turn over. I have no idea what the problem could be. Any suggestions?

Well after work today im going to try to do a few tests to try to pinpoint my no start problem. First im gonna try spraying starter fluid to see if that helps it start, if that works then I guess it a fuel problem. Injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail etc. If that fails to work Im going to pull the spark plugs and see if im getting any spark when I try to get the cat started. If there is spark then im pretty much clueless. Would a boost/vac leak keep the car from starting? If anyone has any other ideas why it wont start im up for suggestions
Thanks!

P0602 - Control Module Programming Error This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) indicates programming error within Vehicle ID block (VID). VID data corrupted by the scan tool during VID reprogramming
Using the scan tool, reprogram the VID block. If PCM does not allow reprogramming of the VID block, reflashing PCM will be required.

try loading the stock tune back ( original back up tune) in the car and then try Tom's tune again. If that doesn't work the file might be corrupt it happened a couple times when I was tuning with him it just happens sometimes. And the P1000 is normal for a tuned car
