JRSC svt value?

what do you think its worth? 04, 82xxx miles and in good condition other than i'm making no boost right now! so, prices to sell if its fixed or not fixed. i've got to make up my mind on what to do if i do decide to sell it!

your not quite clear here. does the Jackson work or not?

im moving this to the Forced Induction forum, you'll get more attention there.

well, i'm not trying to post it in the FS section, its not for sale, just merely wondering its value. and i already posted a thread in the supercharger section for help to diagnose it. but i'm just wondreing the value of it. I'm not selling it as of now. if i can't fix it, then i will prolly sell it on ebay after the holidays.

o, and i'm not sure if its the Jackson or something else at this point.

you dont know if its a Jackson?

ehhh, it will say "Jackson Racing" on it. the other M62 unit says "PowerWorks" on it.

soooo, if its a roots blower, which one is it?

um, lol, i think you mis-read my post, i said i don't know if its THE jackson, not A jackson. i know its a JRSC, i don't know if thats what's causeing the problem. i may have to take off the SC and make sure that the blower is still good.

ok; so your not making any boost with the JRSC.

what have you checked? easiest solution would be the bypass valve; located between the blower and manifold near the throttle body. If its stuck open (hole in the bladder of the vacuum actuator) then you wont make any boost.

its about a $60 part to replace the vacuum actuator iirc.
