oooooooooooooohhhhhhhh where to start hahaahah? well j/k man....look as long as you get you motor set up for what ever HPs you looking for the only hard thing is actually finding good engine shop to help you get it done RIGHT first time and then just get your car to the dyno shop to get it tuned...my biggest problem was that the shop that took the engine apart when they installed everything back they never did any leak down tests so after some time on the dyno we found that my car is like swiss cheese lol..so now we are testing a Digital MAF on my car to see how will it react to it...(the flow characteristic
, shuttering bla bla ) its a headache and happiness at the same time and i love it ( well besides financial part)

Copper HG ? WHY? my opinion is copper is very soft and seals poorly and shouldnt be used

Digital MAF , why not use a 3 inch MAF tube , MAFia and let it go this will get you to about 650HP , it works , its safe , etc etc

There are many tuned SVT out there and running good , you have a few options for good DIY kits or full kits , tuning can be done with either Diablosport or SCT , you wont need to change fuel pumps unless you going above 320HP or yours is bad

You need to come up with a budget , target HP and then see what you need to reach that goal

well glad to hear there are no demons in this perticular car. I'm shooting for 350 wheel in the end. I still have the short block to finish before I figure out a budget for the turbo system. My brother and I have some parts together, turbo ,intercooler, and assorted pieces. I'll prob grab a cheap chinese turbo header until I can afford some good stainless from burns stainless to do it right. there are some cheap intercooler tubing kits with silicone couplers on ebay too to get me going. ahhh...yeah going cheap on the insignifigant crap. good money goes into quality injectors, fuel pump, ignition system components, eagle rods, and fastener hardware.

oh and MLS headgasket

Tom, you still using the shifting intake? or replace it with a standard log?

my bro happens to own a land and sea chassis dyno so tuning will be much easier as its been done a thousand times on that roll. he's pretty efficient at it now.

Keeping the stock intake manifold is fine. Also, don't bother with a special head gasket. Stock SVT head gasket can take all the power you can throw at it.
