Maybe 2-3 more days work on it.

I've been doing it all myself, so progress has been slower than I hoped. The lack of all the fitting, as well as some issues: forgot the t-stat housing at home, and the vice broke in 2 at the shop put a damper on all the hoses i had to make lol.

I need some help with the coolant lines.
- The way the stock system is, there are 2 small hoses at the top of the reservoir. Ones goes to the t-stat for the overflow. Mine doesn't have a bung for overflow. Is this even needed?
- The main big line from the pump goes into the bottom of the radiator.
- I have 1 bung on the bottom of the radiator I can use as a drain. I was gonna do a T fitting here and run the 3/8" line that runs over the tranny over to here, as well as the turbo drain line.

- ? Where do I feel turbo cooling line?
- ? Where do I connect the big line from the coolant reservoir to the radiator? I don't have another bung for this. Should I have 2 more bungs welded to the radiator?
- ? Where do I run the big 3/4" line that in STOCK form would connect to the back of the tstat housing?
- ? Where do I run the overflow line to? Should I not run it?

Can't wait!! Lots of details on the engine...about the plumbing I don't know since my turbo is not water cooled but here is the OEM diagram, it may help.

I was gonna look for something like that or draw out a schematic and try and piece it together!

I still gotta figure out where to route the extra lines...hmm

Wish I had the -10an bung and the -6an bungs on the tstat housing. I'd have no problems then. Might just have to ruin the new powdercoat and have those welded on there. lol

Or can I just Y block off of the lower hose from the coolant tank to the radiator bottom (Y block here too to go into radiator) and run one line directly to the turbo coolant feed? That way, it's ALWAYS going to have coolant...?

I think the fitting (on the tank) is a 5/8" to a -8AN fitting. I can Y block from the -8an to 2 -6an lines, one for turbo coolant feed and the other to the radiator.
