hanging revs driving me crazy

iv had my tubo on the car for about 4 weeks. Its been running great ever since i brought it home after my tune. All of a suddin my revs have been hanging around 1100-1800 as of friday when i left work. I put on my new IACV, cleaned the MAF, tightened all hose clamps, reset the ECU, reinstalled the tune, and checked for any and every type of leak.
Ive been beating my head against a wall all morning and dont know what else to check, any and all help would be appreciated.

I know you said you looked for vacuum leaks, but I seriously think you have one. Do you have cheap vacuum caps on anything? They tend to deteriorate quickly. If you do have anything capped, I recommend putting a piece of rubber hose on it instead and then plugging it with a bolt.

No, no rubber capps and at idle I'm reading 13-14 in. Hg of vac. What are some ways of checking for them? I sprayed everything down with Staryer fluid with no luck.

How's your clutch and flywheel? I know when the clutch and flywheel in my SVT first started to go, I thought my hanging revs had returned. Just a thought.

Take your IACV wiring loose the engine will die , restart and see what the idle is at , if the idle is normal then either the IACV is bad or its tune related , If the idle is still high then you have a Vac leak or the throttle screw needs to be adjusted

Clutch and flywheel are old and getting replaced within. The next month.
I do need another o2 but don't get paid till Friday.
And when I pull the harness from the iacv the car idles perfect for a while, as soon as the throttle is touched idle is extremly low, 400-500 rpms.
So is that the aicv or tune? Iacv is brand new.

I have a suggestion for you... Check for the rubber gasket thats supposed to be under the IACV. I believe it looks like a figure 8 or something (real tiny). Anyway I didn't replace mine when I installed my IACV and had a bad hanging rev. It may have fell out or you forgot about it when installing your new one.
