Engine Problems Need help.

I need anyone's opinion on what could be wrong with my car. Its roush turbocharged and had been sitting for a year with a full tank of gas. Be for hand, It ran ok but idled a little funny and would stall on occasion after a hard boost pull to a stop. I replaced my steering rack and added me kenne boost a pump and started it up. After driving it for a minute i attempted to get into boost... Its sputtered and surged and i thought i must of had a boost or vaccum leak. Or maybe the t fitting for the boost a pump that is between my intake manifold and the boost gauge is causing something. maybe remove that and connect those wires to make the boost a pump active all the time. Maybe its the year old gas and maybe has water. I went and got some gas water remover and added some more 91 octane. im staying out of boost and trying to run this full tank of gas to and from work after getting the gas and adding the treatment i got stuck in traffic and the car became harder to keep at idle. It became even more lumpy and wanting to die. After pushing on to a parking lot it got way too sputtery under throttle, when giving it gas, it wants to stall and gets incredibly rough and when trying to accelorate it surges and sputters until it almost stalls. Not big on tuning so who knows. No resources out here who knows what they are doing to a focus to have anyone look at it.

I will discard the fuel and replace spark plugs. The BAP have not seen it in there, should be under the back seat connected to fuel and ecu wires, you can harm the engine if run to lean or with water or moisture in fuel. Did it had a BAP before? Tuned with it?

BAP if hooked up correctly wouldnt have to be tuned to get it to idle and drive properly

You should have a scan tool , Hit me on IM and I will get you a list to log and see whats going on , that will be you best way to fix it or just start throwing parts at it till you find something

It actually cleared up fine for a bit after i changed it. Although, it started doing the same thing, i drained all the gas and added 2 gallons of fresh fuel and some injector cleaner/ fuel stabilizer and ran it at idle for an hour, im going to add a half a tank and drive it around today and see if that fixes it. So in short, may of been the fuel filter and bad fuel.
