Baby steps but intercooler is up! This one is 31x12x3 with 3" in/out, it will be boxed with aluminum to my beautiful bumper, lol!! 7" hid black housing for Jeep fitted in the holes. For the rad hoses went with Samco kit.

Hey "mother focus" I have a question about your lower control arms there? I know on stock ones the ball joints are riveted to the lower control arm. Where did you get the new ball joints for the lower control arms just at AutoZone?

Cause I need new ones too, and if i can just bolt a new one to it rather then buy the whole control arm, I will.

Yes Autozone, don't remember being riveted, too much time since suspension is done. Anyways they have warranty and are beefier than stock.

Well I got the 2000 ford focus se wagon with the 2.0l zetec DOHC. So it might be different then your model. I might have to ask for your model, for the part.

You will have the same front control arms. The stock rivets, so I hear, are a HUGE pain to take out. You have to drill them out with a beefy drill.

Ok same arms, Nope pops is a CNC machinist/pc programer, no problem getting a rivet out. Just bring to work and wait a day.

A friend owns the shop, with a lift is so much easier, he has done a lot of work for me too. I started in February gathering parts, still not done but yeah is been more $$$ than I should.
