its not dependent on boost level, rather size of turbo and boost level and what sort of power you make. the stock bottom end should not be pushed past 250 whp (on a 2.0l) and even getting to that point is putting a lot of stress on it. there is no defined amount as people push the envelope but not for significant amount of time. generally speaking, the FSwerks kit at the stage 2 level is safe and will net anywhere from 200-240whp on a 2.0l dependent upon exhaust and such.

im currently running 10psi on a GT28R and made 232whp on a 2.0l w/ 100,000kms on it

does this ^ basically apply to the 2.3l as well? The only difference being that less boost will produce more power. Do rods need to be upgraded for stage 2 fswerks?

15 psi is generally about the max on a small turbo. on a decent build, not more than 250. people will blow their motor pretty quick anything past that

lmao

oh and telling some one 15psi is irrelevant. i made 290whp on 15psi. go by power not by boost level that is what puts the strain on the engine.
