stupid question

I got my bbk pulley in the mail for my JRSC kit and was wondering how the hell the stock pulley comes off. There is a screw in the center of the pulley which I know needs to come unscrewd but it wont move. Any one who has changed a pulley can chime in and help me. I feel like a idiot asking this question lol.

Thanks
-Ryan

should be an ass of torque on it. either that or someone used thread locker on it. when i changed mine it was a little diff to get it off. you will deff need to get the right size wrench to hold the pulley still while you do it.

Thanks for the info. That thing is on there really good! Once I get the nut off it should just slide off correct?

theres a nylock nut on the shaft. and you need a huge wrench to hold the pulley. i couldnt fit a wrench in the gap between the pulley and the snout housing, but i did manage to fit some channel lock pliers in there. It all might be easier if you remove the blower. especially if you need a gear puller to get the pulley off the shaft. it only takes like 1hour. heres my howto.

HOW TO: remove and rebuild your JRSC
