why no nitrous kit install how-to's?

ya know ive been a member to this site for awhile and i have not once seen a good step by step detailed how to with pictures of any basic nitrous installation. i think its time for someone to take the reigns and make one unless its already been done and i just missed it and cant find it with the search. if none turn up i might try to do my own how to on a zex wet kit install with MSD rpm window switch and WOT switch and later on the A/F cut off switch and fuel pressure shut down switch.
anyhow im just wondering if there are any and if not ill be sure to document the install very well and post it up here. ive always wanted to write up a how to to get put into the archives.

id probabaly say theres no writeup here due to liability. someone does a writeup, someone else follows it and blows up their car or injures themselves, they may come back on the person and say they gave bad info.

Imo, their shouldn't be one. If people have no idea how to even wire it up and run the lines, they shouldn't be messing around with nitrous.

Well if you wanna go into that then there should be no write ups at all. Esp ones that deal with messing with the engine. I mean a turbo write up is no different as far as the engine or a person getting hurt. You install a turbo and dont tune it properly or at all and your engine goes boom.

i was talking about write ups that people have done on THIS forum. besides, the one in that magazine article is for a dry system which is extremely dangerous to use especially with such a high shot. a 75 dry shot is gonna push the injectors farther than they can go IMO. but whatever. a wet system is slightly more complicated to install also.

screw that. that is what disclaimers are for. every single person modifies their car at their own risk and if they dont know what they are doing then they should do one of two things. either take the car to a professional to have it installed or dont mess with it at all. if they choose to follow a write up to install the mod then they are taking a chance. for the most part however the mods of this site are extremely knowledgeable and they wont put a write up into the archive if it has bad info.

then answer me this. how is a person supposed to learn this stuff in the first place? when i first started modding my focus i struggled to locate and change the throttle body. it was all i could do to change out my header. people dont generally go to school for this stuff and as a matter of fact i dont think there are any classes at the local community college that teach this stuff at all anyway. you have to learn it on your own, and how are you supposed to do that if the information is not out there to be had?
