rolled over 100k will boost blow my motor?

title says it all... I really want to boost my car it has been a month long debate with myself. I have some miles on my old SVT but want to boost is this just a formula for a blown motor? I know the svt can handle boost but will the miles be a factor?

depends, boost can blow a motor with 1 mile on it. get it done by a pro, or someone that has one boosted otherwise you will be fixing it all the time.

is this really necessary? What can be done wrong if the directions that come with a kit are followed? I guess maybe my biggest concern is after youve installed everything and need to data log so it can be tuned properly. From what I understand, installing all of the physical components is not the hard part?

^^ Ok im proof. I had never installed any fi before I put the turbo on my car. Any questions can be answered on here or with a tuner. Physical components are not hard. The tune is the only thing I didnt do on mine. Saved that for an expert.
