Car won't start with maf plugged in

I just got my JRSC blower back from Stiegemeier from being fixed. The rotors inside the blower seized up because something got inside and prevented them from moving.

Well I installed it and now when I go to start the car it won't start with the maf plugged in but starts when its not plugged in. I'm confused why it would not start with the maf plugged in.

Any suggestions?

Do you have a scan tool to see what the MAF voltage is with just key on ? is the MAF arrow pointing to the filter ?

I have a predator and I just checked the maf voltage with just the key on and it was 0.00v. The arrow on the maf is pointing towards the throttle body.

Any progress or answers yet? It seems odd that the engine would run without the MAF and then refuse to start with the MAF plugged in.

I see you're running Tom's tune. Would there be any value in sending him a data log to show how the engine runs without the MAF? I'm just wondering if a log might shed some light on what's going on.

Actually I'm not running Tom's tune with the supercharger I had that before I put the supercharger on. I actually have the Ford racing bbk tune.

Gotcha. Below is a link to the supplemental install guide for the card and pcm. Ignore it if you already have it. If not, perhaps there might be something helpful in there that triggers something.

I dont thinke he has the card with the BBk , Turn the key on, MAF hooked up and have some one blow into the maf and see if you get any MAF readings , then see if you can get a cranking MAF reading

No I don't have the card with the bbk.

When I have someone blow into the maf the voltage reading is still 0.00. When turn the car on the maf voltage goes up 0.73v.
