Looking for advice on a turbo project

Hey guys, I'm interested in turbocharging a Zetec engine one of these days. First off, I'd like to let you know my goals:
215-245whp
Looking to go with a peppy t25/28 that won't fall flat on its face. (need help with this one) I'll be revving to ~7k. 8-10 psi on stock internals until I feel safe. May swap to a different turbo manifold though, so a T3/4 is an option.
Would 42lb injectors be fine for my power goals?
What intercooler/piping/couplers/diameter do you recommend?
Should I water cool the turbo? If so, where would I be routing the coolant lines?
These are my first few questions. Thanks in advance for your input, much appreciated. If all goes well, I'll post a worklog.

42lb will be fine

No you dont need a wet turbo

Not everyone will read your sig so this is for a ZX2 not a Focus

Thanks for the response, Tom!
I sold the t25 manifold and I'm going with a T04E turbo (or something close). What T3/T4 manifold gives good clearance on both sides of the turbo? Most ZX2 owners have issues with the slave cylinder line interfering with the inlet side of the turbo, so that's why I ask.
Also, what's your take on V-band clamped downpipes?

There really isnt a good ZX2 turbo manifold out there , when you rotate the turbo flange on the manifold to help mis the slave then you have issues with the down pipe , you cant move the turbo twords the Raid much because its already close , its a very tight manifold to make

100% love the v-band and so will you when you have to remove the turbo for things

So in the end, you really have to go with a custom manifold to avoid most of the clearance issues on a ZX2. I'm looking into a Turbonetics T3 w/a .48 exhaust housing. I don't have any more specs on the turbo though. Would it be able to support 215-235 whp relatively easily?

Thanks Tom. I'll have some pics of the setup I chose in about a week.
Turbonetics T3 w/ .48 turbine housing
Custom log manifold w/ external wastegate
Turbonetics Evolution wastegate
2.5" Downpipe w/ wastegate dump

I'll add more parts as I acquire them

I've heard good reviews on the Type RS BOV on Ebay. Can anyone link me to the correct one? Thanks!
