Just talked to prev owner. He said it happened to him only when raining and only
few times. Is it possible the filter (sitting in drive side bumper) is getting wet and not able suck?

A bad way of testing this would be going and driving again, see if it's doing it then pull the filter. The heat of the turbo would get rid of a tiny bit of water right? Lol. Bad ideas...

That is a normal spot though for the air filter. Is this a common problem? I am gunna go pull the filter and check it out, also check out the MAF wherever it is
