Eagle Talon turbo ?

I have an 01 Focus ZX3 with a Zetec. Just wondering if anyone knows if an Eagle Talon turbo would work/fit good.

Thanks,
Dave

Errmm....not recommended at all.

Start off with reading the stickies at the top. Also, browsing through the many turbo builds on here helps.

You can make any turbo fit. Some will fit better then others. Some will work better then others. Thats being based on size of the turbo and condition and your know how to fab everything.

Do alot of searching on the fourms you will find everything that you will need to know. especially what turbos work well and what doesnt.

I found nothing in the stickies about the Talon turbos that's why I was asking if anyone had any info on using one. Just bought the Focus and don't have a problem with fabbing things up.

There's no mention of 14b/16g, correct. The stickies are meant to educate you in general about turboing the Focus. If you can fab your own manifold and downpipe to fit a Mitsu turbo, more power to you. As for buying a manifold off the shelf that fits on the Focus, not gonna happen.

Getting a t3/t4 turbo will make life a lot easier.

The Garrett GT-28 series is the most popular.

If you can fab up a manifold then I wouldn't waste time on a Mitsu turbo. What's your budget?
