Where to source oil feed for turbo?

I'm installing my turbo kit and for the oil feed line for the turbo I was told "on the head by the coil is a oil feed that you can use". Is it one of the two plugs shown circled in yellow?

Thanks

^^THats for return not for feeding the turbo. The oil pan is unpressurized and you would never feed the turbo without a seperate pump.
