Methanol Injection Kit

There are two different kits i am currently looking at for a future purpose. Both are Snow Performance kits, but the ones I am talking about are the Stage 2 kits. There is two different controllers that you can order. One is the Variable Controller and the other is the MAF Variable Controller. This will be going on a PWSC. Here are the two difference run downs on these.

Variable Controller
- Controls Injection Pressure as a function of Boost
- Fully Integrated Boost Sensor 0 to 30 psi
aka reads boost and you can can control the pressure as the boost increases

MAF Variable Controller
- Controls Injection Pressure as a function of MAF voltage
- Shuts System Off in the Event of a Clogged Nozzle to Protect Pump
aka runs off the MAF voltage to control the pressure

For running a PSWC or even any supercharger or even turbo i would think that the Variable Controller would be the more logical choice in this. The MAF Variable Controller would only be good with the use of a N/A build.

Am I correct in this thinking?

What kind of power do these kits add to a N/A build?

The kit would act as an octane booster so you could run a higher compression ratio and still use 91/93 pump gas. It would also lower engine temp's

To the OP , What are you expecting the WM to do ? Cool the charge ? Add HP/TQ?

To coalfriend , you should NEVER use WM to take the place of octane , 100% = FAIL

Use it to cool the charge , they say has to be sprayed after rotors and you will be fine

Well the way i want to run it is by me using an activation switch, kinda like using a switch to either turning it on or off then let the rest of the system does its thing.

My manifold already has been tapped for either single or dual, which ever i like. I still currently run off of 91. If i still run 91 will this affect anything?

If your tune was done for 91 then adding WM and running 91 will be fine

Well tom this has yet to answer my question. which controller to go with?

Also would you happen to be able to make a new coolant tank and new heat exchanger for the powerworks? Kinda like the ones you can get for the mustangs. The only reason why i have yet to grab these is because they are too big.
