twin charged svt

ok time to shit or get off the pot, i'm going to twin charge the svt. i have already gathered a bunch of parts and i'm going to fab up my own manifold and dp. i will be using a small pwr water/air inter cooler in line from the turbo outlet to the powerworks inlet.

t67 i will be using

44mm vband wastegate

bov

i know this is all obx stuff but i got it for a killer deal. the obx turbos are pretty good, lots of 240 guys up here using them and a buddy is running the obx rotated t67 kit on his sti, to be sure i have had it sent out and checked by a local turbo shop and its good to go. i will be installing my new clutch and my obx diff at the same time. where is the best place to get a manifold flange from, i want mild steel as i have a bunch of weldels left over froma previous project.

after tuning i am hoping for 350 to 400whp.

Damn, t67, a big boy. Here's a mild steel flange: http://www.bmcrace.com/product_info....roducts_id=177

You have a tig welder? I guess mig would hold just fine, but you might as well make the manifold and dp look pretty

Good luck.

I'm still not sure how this is suppose to work? Will the Super charger run the air into the Turbo? If so wouldn't that limit the Turbo seeing as once it get spooling it's gonna wanna suck in more air the the Supercharger can have going through it? Or will it be set up completely different than that?

I'm just wondering how it's gonna work. I think it's cool as hell though.

The turbo goes before the roots blower. The Powerworks Supercharger will compress the intake charge, already compressed by the turbo. Can't wait to see how it goes!

So what happens when the Turbo spools up and starts wanting to push lots of air into the engine but the SC can only spin as fast as the engine?
