Weird Missing

03 Svt Turbo 19 psi

Ok Im gonna try to explain this as good as I can. When doing a 3rd gear pull this is what the RPM's do pulls hard till about 4k then to 4300 then gets to 4400 drops back to 4300 then 4500 drops 4400 what I am trying to get at it looses power when doing the the pull I will sit there and watch the RPM jump like that it goes up then back down like its missing for just an instant I cant seem to figure this out also the shift light is hooked up to the coil pack wire It workes sometimes and sometimes it dosent and the shift light seems to not work when this problem is happing This problem is really Pissing me off and cant seem to figure out what is the problem its not throwing any codes it feels like it revs slower than when stock. Compression test good help please. If your going to have me test the coil pack wires please explain in detail how to and what tools needed for the job. Dont know if it happens during 1st or 2nd cause it spools too fast Just when doing 3rd gear pull from 2k-7k

yes It rained but the car was not driven in the rain

and the MAF was just cleaned less than 3 days ago

Ok I did some pulls today and I can literally see on the tach. Its struggling it jumps to 4500 drops to 4400, 4600, back to 4500 all the way to 7k Hard to explain it looks almost like the boost gauge when it hits full boost the needle actually shakes like that all the way to 7k.
And its not throwing any codes.
