Bad experience with superchargerrebuilds.com??

So a few weeks ago my procharger starting making a horrible metallic rattling sound....so i figured it was about time for a rebuild. i called procharger, but their turn around time was at least a month! so i started calling around....someone told me about superchargerrebuilds.com. so thats where i ended up shipping it. they seem like nice dudes, they emailed me often and kept me up to speed. turned out i needed a new pulley cuz mine was toast. so i ordered a new pulley and i got my blower back in about 2 weeks time. i spent a couple hours installing it again and then i fired it up.....to my dismay, the loud metallic rattling sound is back!!!

So i called procharger and i talked to a technician...i held my cellphone down by my blower so he could hear the noise and he immediately told me to cut the engine....he said the noise was horrible and to never start my car again.

im still waiting to hear back from the dude at superchargerrebuilds. im wondering if i just got jacked 500 dollars......has anybody ever dealt with them before??

They rebuilt my procharger w a horrrible rattling sound. I did the stage 3 bearing rebuild. Had the supercharger back in 5 days. No problems here, put 5-10k miles on procharger after rebuild before selling, so no long term input here but everything went smooth and fast. I would definatly call them and see what they have to say, superchargerrebuilds.com were very helpful with my rebuild. I replaced my shalf/pulley bearing in the mounting plate also (was making a rattling noise too, check that). FYI - they don't put oil in it after rebuilding it even if u sent it full soooo make sure the oil level is where it is supposed 2 be.
