what pistons should i run? i looked at a few different brands, that is going to be my next purchase along with a new oil pump(is there a upgraded one for the zetec)?
and i thought a good idea would be a new waterpump??

the donor engine and the block are still in the car for now until i get back from the cruise on the 18th(trying to make it i have to throw a new trany in it that i just picked up)
but as soon as im back car is going into garage and the engine will be pulled and striped

You can run Probe pistons. They're affordable and support 300whp. JE pistons are stronger but you don't need them unless you're making big power. If you are worried at all about quality, just go with JE, though.
