Looking for info on making a MIL eliminator without O2

ok so I am going boosted and am replacing my 2nd O2 with my wideband. I need to know if it is possable to make a MIL eliminator that can be used with no O2 hooked up to it.

If your going boosted just turn off the o2 among other things with the tune , Unhook the rear o2 , use that hole for your wide band and your good to go
