Couple ?s about jrsc install

1.) Mine has 4 vacuum lines on it next to the throttle body. In the instructions, they only show 2 when installing the hoses, but then another picture shows 4 but they are all capped. Should I just install the 2 and cap the other 2?

2.) There is a little brass fitting below the egr input. Instructions don't explain what this is for. Anyone?

3.) I know I am supposed to use the maf that came with it. I just want to know whats the difference? Does it read a higher psi than stock?

for the vacuum lines it doesnt matter whether you use them all or you cap some off. as long that every thing that is vacuum powered has a source.

the brass fitting is for the brake booster hose.

the maf and maf size will depend on the tune you are using. my suggestion is to use the stock maf, 3" maf tube, and a custom tune. contact tom at focus-power.

The fitting for the brake booster is one the bottom. This one is about 2 inches away from egr. I'll try and get a pic.

I have a svt cold air intake and I am getting A tune from Tom already. I was wondering about the sensor. Why does it come with a different one?

just use the factory maf. im not sure on the reason they include a different one with the kit. the factory one will work fine with boost.

I dont have a svt maf. I have my factory maf and the maf the jrsc came with. I am going to put it in my svt cold air intake.

I'm almost positive the "non-SVT BBK" MAF is an SVT MAF.
