2.3 Dura vs 2.3 MZR disi turbo

2.3 turbo disi does the motor differ from the normal 2.3 duratec or is it just the head and pistons? just curious im sure a normal turbo build would be cheaper than an disi swap including fuel pump..ect 40+psi compareed to 2500psi..? i know chevy runs a high fuel psi on the duramax and they have injector problems. is the mzr disi doomed or has mazda done a better job with high fuel psi?

the mazda has two fuel pumps one in tank and one cam driven to get it to 2500psi. There are problems with the cam driven pump over 300whp but the fix is pretty simple, just have to swap out a few of the internals and throw it back together.
