Missing about ~35whp - PWSC Zetec

Hello, hope someone can help! Here's the backstory

I've had a PWSC on my 02 ZX5 for over 3 years now with no real issues, but only recently have I taken it to the 1/4 mile. The best I've been able to do is a 15.12 @ 92.2 mph w/ a 2.32 60'. I know my 60' sucks, but what really bothers me is the mph. Most PW'ed zetecs that i've seen numbers on can pull a mph in the high 90's. Also this summer it's felt like it's a bit low on power.

I've changed plugs, changed the IAT, checked compresson, cleaned the IC in the blower housing and i've installed a fuel pressure gauge to make sure the pump is ok.
Fuel pressure stays at 30PSI at idle and will climb to 39psi under load but still in VAC. Fuel pressure goes up 1 psi with 1psi of boost up to a maximum of ~+11psi.

The car has full exhaust, stock cams, stock cam gears.

I dunno what's up. Could the cam timing be way off from factory?
Could something be pulling crazy amounts of spark?

thanks for any help.

Matt

MTX sorry.

Never been on a dyno :) I know how you guys love "it feels like it has more/less power..."

Some other stuff I should probably mention.

Blower puts out 11psi at redline and about 6psi at 2500rpm.
All sensors other than the IAT are original afaik (135,000 KM's on the car)
I'm at sea level.
Stock PW tune, I know its no where near the best tune.
Fuel line or pump froze last winter. Car started, ran bad, died after a block of limping. Ran fine after spending the next day with the blockheater pluged in (it was about -19C for a few days there, not including windchill)
I use Chevron Exclusively, from the same station most of the time. So the injectors SHOULD be ok.

Might want to think about getting a GOOD tune

Well, assuming a weight of car and driver of 2900 lbs your ET and mph indicate a wheel hp of around 170 hp. You are definitely 30-35 hp short-maybe more since you can see 11 lbs of boost. I only see 8 lbs due to higher elevation here but I dyno'd 208 at the wheel with the stock PW tune.

Find a buddy who can datalog your runs and you can see if the computer is pulling timing. It also couldn't hurt to check your cams to see if they are aligned properly.
As Tom sez, the PW tune leaves hp on the table-I am sure it is a fairly conservative tune to prevent blow ups (but then again I have heard about failures even with the stock tune).

Yeah, I was playing around w/ that calculator before I posted. Minus the cams our setups are the same. I put up a post on Focusbc, hope someone can help. I may just have to go buy a SCT PRP sooner than I planed.
Something should have let go by now if it was fueling or tuning methinks?
