i want some opinions on boost

i have a procharger and it is the 10psi kit.
but i am going to buy the smaller pulley 2.25" (15psi)
then over drive it.

but i was thinking how hard would it to go to a turbo?
the kit isnt on my car yet but i was wondering is it more expensive or what?

id really like to go turbo but im afraid that it will be to costly.

i have everything beside injectors and boost a pump and wideband so boost is close!
but if i could sell my setup and buy a turbo i would.
even though my dream car since i was 16 was a procharged svt.

but i want to be quick at 3500rpms and at full boost not have to rev to 6500-7k rpms to hit full boost (and have less tq still)

opinions and Tom what does your DIY kit include?

the search button is missing on the forum

Well if you go Turbo, YOU WILLLLLL GIVE ME THAT S/C KIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me personally, i say S/C. I plan on building my motor like a mofo and then procharge it. William at CFM told me that with a built motor i should be able to push 350-375+ to the wheels with a procharger!

well nick id have to of sold my PC to get your complete turbo kit.

idk why the tracking number isnt working either.

but yeah i really dont know. i always wanted a procharged svt but i dont like revving that high now.
i mean turbo i would see the power sooner.

but im not gonna lie SVT's in general are supposed to be supercharged, just rule of thumb.

and i want people to hear it when i start my car :)

but idk, the J&S and everything else will hopefully be here soon

im not looking to build a motor yet because thats too much money.

A turbo set up is going to run you a nice penny. If you have money to burn, go for it. But honestly, you already have the procharger and such so if it were me in your shoes I would just go and install it and get moving.

When I rode in BlkThunders procharged SVT, it was a damn nice ride. I doubt that you will not like the 15psi.

If william actually told you that he is dead WRONG , the PC will not support 350 even if you go to the C2 unit vs the base c1

If you want those numbers as your goal ONLY a turbo will get you there , dont waste you time on a SC

Nick....go turbo. you will be happy. no reving to 7000rpm to make the power. listen...and think of what we talked about the other day. If it's 300whp you are looking for..no need to build your engine! i sent you the last payment for the shortblock today. you can pick it up at any western union after 7am. sorry about that! please mail it off like u said. Only thing i do not need is the altenator bracket!
