Jackson Racing Supercharger Questions

well first of all i believe my problem is that my car has never been tuned for the supercharger, but the car runs very lean and if i turn the a/c on it stalls occasionally, do you guys think a tune might fix my problem? ALSO do you know of any company that makes a intercooler for the JRSC? or pulleys? or anything for that matter, from what ive seen they are very limited on the extra stuff you can add

Yes it sounds like a tune would cure your issues or most of them , with out a datalog to see whats going on I would only be guessing

You will need ( should all ready have ) a J&S Safeguard on your SVT and a wide band AF

I charge 550.00 to do a complete FI tune on the SVT and this comes with free updates as you add more mods or up the boost

You are correct there isnt a lot out there for the SVT , Ford sells a Big Boost Kit (BBK) for the jrsc , you can add TB , better exh dont change the header , air intake , but there is no intercooler for them

I think C-F-M makes a pulley for them but you will need to go to 50lb injectors and still need a tune , The BBK comes with injectors but in my opinion there to small

^ the man has ya on the right direction. just be ready to stand in line for the J&S. dont expect that black box aka powercard tuner/lie to do much as far as tune wise. just adds fuel to stock timing which aint to great for the higher IAT's. i have a ford racing 10psi pulley for the svt JRSC if you wanna pick one up for cheap. also ford no longer sells there BBK so your gonna have to peice it together. like the man said get the injectors and a diff pulley and have a custom tune wrote. also as far as intercoolers go you can run water/meth injection as a form of intercooler but nothing else besides that is offered and all its going to do is help the engine from the high iats from the roots style blower. oh yeah if you deside to go with a diff intake let me know and ill show you how i converted a AEM cold air to work with the JRSC. may not give you a crazy increase in go but the sound is awsome.
