2004 zetec possible jrsc.

Hello fanatics! i wanted to post a thread up in here with a pretty general question about this supercharger kit. I have never installed one or had one but i am looking to buy one when i get back from my deployment. Basically i want to know has anybody had any complaints about this setup. What would i need throttle body ?? i know i will need a tune. I have heard this supercharger could damage the motor because its hot air. Will i need a intercooler. I am new to this supercharging so i have pretty basic questions. The reason i want to run this is for a safe easy setup that can almost be a daily driver with a little kick. I dont want to run into a lot of problems with it and have to chase the little bugs in the system. I would appreciate your thoughts and inputs and anything if you have had this setup you might have had happen to you that i might need to know.

Which motor do you have?
That makes a difference to whether you can buy a bolt on supercharger for your car or not.

I say go for it! That's the route I'm going... JSRC w/ BBK. Wrapped SVT header and hood spacers to keep IAT down. Who needs an intercooloer anyways?! lol

Your choice also depends on your budget and your power goals.
Speed costs, how fast can you afford to go?

Then a JRSC will fit the bill.
I enjoy my JRSC and have a blast driving it. It's not the fastest on the road, but it's plenty of fun to drive.
